During the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, like many artists and indeed many others, Deborah Lanyon sought solace in nature.  Living in South West London, she used her daily exercise window to walk and sketch in nearby Richmond Park.  Over the initial few weeks the growing crisis had a marked influence upon the relationship she had with her practice and her creative output.  Here, our viewing room highlights the paintings in which Deborah immersed herself during this time.
