• Lee’s technique of creating a cedar frame around a sunken mirror creates illusions of ethereal pools and tilting ponds amongst plants such as Trollius Golden Queen, Heuchera Plum Puddings and Brunnera Jack Frost (in photos at Chelsea). The sculptures pull light into areas of shade and cast intriguing perspectives on the plant life and tree canopies. These sculptural outdoor art works are hand made from Deodar (Himalayan) Cedar, sourced sustainably from the English countryside in Kent, and laid with polished mirror steel.
  • These large, intricate, handmade mirror tapestries are made from hundreds, if not thousands of individual logs and polished steel mirrors. The tapestries are bound with wire and suspended from a sculptural top branch, creating a striking and unique installation. The wall hangings feature English hardwood branches that are sustainably sourced from Lee's local and regional surroundings. The wood is sometimes stained black or left natural, and then finished and protected with raw hard wax oil. Discreet fixtures are attached to the back of the branch for installation.
